30. The Band - The Band (1969)
The ragtime piano and wah-wah clavinet played by multi-instrumentalist Garth Hudson enhance the vocal harmony of The Band's three singers - Rick Denko, Levon Helm and Richard Manuel. The music reminisced the moonlight, the small towns and the plantation fields. It was so influential in the late 60s that Eric Clapton wished to be a member of The Band.
